lots of things to do,so little time!i've got some CIP to do,and i've decided to help out at the SPCA.(u guys noe i will,right?)it'll be so awesome!!we have to fufill a minimum of 7 hrs before we get our CIP points..but no CCA points..sobs..so i'll have to work hard in order to make it all the way to black in tkd^^..we have to do a CIP presentation after the CIP too.is tt cruel or what??other than wanting us to help out(well,that's okay),but a presentation?what the heck?give a presentation on what???and we still hae to get graded..T-T
i'm at koufu now,foodcourt 4.heard that the food here is pretty nice,n so,lawrence brought us here to try.i didnt eat much;juz ate 2 pratas,n tiffany ate 1.
next week mugging week..though i dont really feel like it.hmph.

today's dragonboat training is FUN. learn a lil about rowing stuff and did some running. i wanna pat my own shoulder for the running part 'cos i think i did fine today (:
although its only a short and rather slow run ard the sch's perimeter ( 3/4 of it?)
BUT!
i PERSEVRED.
controlled my breathing WELL today.
stayed rather FOCUSED in running too.
and the FIRST time in my life when i finished my run, i felt great, totally refreshed, and stinks too (: HAHA
i ll do better day by day, and ya, as the training goes by.
practice make perfect ok.

time now is 12.30am.jux returned home from CO,2 n 1/2 hrs ago.exhausted..but fun! a new music environment--(SPCO) for me,new bunch of friends for me to mix with.and not to forget,our beloved conducter,MR LEE!!!! i've been under the same old conducter since cckssco.it's really great to be under him again.haha.intended to have dinner with ming zhu after co.it was too late,though.speaking of which,she wanted to rush home for her favourite channel8 show.lol.biophysics lecturer threw us with 1 hard question(abit of calculation).and worst still,tat qn isn't related to biophysics at all.nevertheless,we 25 silly ppl stared blankly at the slide.no one knew how to do it,except for chin how(i guess so).will show u the qn when i have the time.well,nth to say today.sian for all of u right? ha! k la..back to work.catch u soon!
